News The latest news of the Youthreach Subla Centre wil be posted here. News from May 2014 Well done to all the Subla Centre students who took part in the recent five week surfing course at Oceanics Surf School in Tramore. Surfing Certificates have now been issued to all those who took part. News from June 2014 Congratulations to all Year 2 Leaving Cert Applied students who successfully completed their exams and their time at the centre recently. They await their results in August. Well done to all the BTEI FETAC Level 3 students who completed their work for their Computer Literacy, Maths and Word Processing Modules. Their work is being sent to FETAC for assessment in July. The summer programme for the Leaving Cert Applied and BTEI group is underway. Different outings and activities are planned for the month of July. The Waterford Traveller Youth Support Project Art Exhibition for the Traveller Pride Week was held 29/06/14 in the centre and was a huge success. New applications for September in all programmes are currently being accepted. |
